When do my quotas reset?
Monthly quotas (AI Actions, Test Runs) reset on the 1st of every month. The Free-tier daily cap resets every 24 hours.
What happens when I run out of AI Actions?
New AI Actions are blocked until the next monthly reset or until you upgrade. Everything you've already created stays intact — you keep access to your prompts, test history, and deployed agents.
Do MCP tool calls count against my AI Actions?
Yes. Every generate_prompt, improve_prompt, and enrich_coding_prompt call from an MCP client counts as one AI Action against the same monthly budget as the UI.
Does a test run against 3 models count as 1 or 3?
Three. A Test Run = one test case × one model. Running 10 test cases × 3 models = 30 Test Runs.
Do internal sub-agent steps within a workflow each count separately?
No. A single workflow is one AI Action, no matter how many internal AI steps run beneath it.
What about agent executions from my own backend via the API?
Those are billed as agent API calls against that agent's own quota. They don't consume your AI Action budget.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Most paid plans support a trial. Length, credit-card requirement, and feature restrictions during the trial are set per plan — check the pricing page for current terms.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and your quotas refresh to the new tier's limits. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
How is the Team plan priced?
Team is typically seat-based: the per-seat price multiplied by the number of members in your organization. Each plan has a minimum seat count — see promptick.ai/pricing for the current figure.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Prices are in USD. Customers in India see INR pricing converted at a fixed internal rate. No other local currencies are offered today.
What's included on Free?
A monthly allowance of AI Actions and Test Runs, a small number of projects and members, modest storage, a daily AI Action cap to prevent burst abuse, and MCP Server access — enough to try every core capability.
How do I see my current usage?
Open Settings → Usage (or the usage meter in the app header). It shows your AI Actions used, Test Runs used, and quota remaining for the current month.
Who do I contact for enterprise procurement or custom quotas?
