PrompTick offers four tiers designed to match how you use the platform — from solo experimentation to organization-wide deployment.

Tiers at a glance​

Free​

Best for trying PrompTick and casual use.

  • A monthly budget of AI Actions (prompt generation, improvement, and agent executions from the UI)
  • A monthly budget of Test Runs
  • A small number of projects and members
  • A daily AI Action cap to prevent accidental burst usage
  • Access to the MCP Server

Pro​

Best for individual builders who actively ship AI features.

  • Higher monthly AI Actions and Test Runs
  • More projects and storage
  • Testing Framework unlocked — run bulk prompt evaluations across test cases and multiple models
  • No daily cap

Team​

Best for teams collaborating on prompts and agents. Typically seat-based (priced per member).

  • Everything in Pro
  • Team Workspace unlocked — shared projects, member management, and role-based access control
  • Organization-level AI Action and Test Run pooling
  • Higher storage limits

Enterprise​

Best for regulated organizations and large-scale deployments.

  • Everything in Team
  • Enterprise Compliance unlocked — SSO, audit logs, SLA, and self-host options
  • Custom quotas, security reviews, and procurement support

Gate configuration is centrally managed — if your organization has a custom entitlement, it takes precedence over the defaults above.

Trials​

Most paid plans support a trial period. Trial length, whether a credit card is required, which features are restricted during trial, and what happens when the trial expires are all configured per plan. See the live pricing page for current trial terms.

How quotas reset​

  • Monthly quotas (AI Actions, Test Runs, storage usage): reset automatically on the 1st of each month.
  • Daily AI Action cap (Free tier only): resets every 24 hours. This is an abuse-prevention guardrail, not a separate allowance.
  • Projects, members, and storage limits are steady-state caps — they don't "reset," they represent the maximum you can hold on that plan at any time.

Billing currency​

Prices are denominated in USD. Customers in India see prices converted to INR at a fixed internal rate. Other local currencies are not currently supported.
