EU AI Act transparency​

PrompTick publishes a public AI Usage Policy that explains how AI is used inside the product, what users can expect from AI-generated outputs, and user rights. This page is maintained in line with EU AI Act transparency obligations and is versioned with a "last updated" date. Read it alongside the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If you are using PrompTick to build AI systems that fall under specific AI Act risk categories, note that your obligations as the deployer of that downstream system are separate from ours as the provider of the PrompTick platform. We recommend reviewing your use case with your own counsel.

Data residency​

Application infrastructure and the primary production database run in Google Cloud's europe-west1 region. See Data Handling for the full list of processors and what each one receives.

Enterprise-only controls​

The following controls sit behind the enterprise-compliance gate and are available on the Enterprise tier:

  • Single Sign-On (SSO) — connect your identity provider so team members authenticate with your corporate credentials instead of email OTP.
  • Audit logs — exportable log of security-relevant events across your organization.
  • SLA — a contractual uptime and support commitment beyond our standard terms.
  • Self-host — run the platform inside your own cloud account for stricter data-residency and isolation requirements.

These are Enterprise-tier capabilities. Availability, scope, and onboarding timelines are agreed per customer as part of the Enterprise contract — get in touch before relying on any of them for a specific launch.

Security reports​

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please contact us at the address listed in our security policy / contact page — do not open a public issue. We aim to acknowledge reports promptly and keep you informed while we investigate.
